Hides Fine Foods’ Chocolate Truffles
- 70 ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 300g Hides Fine Foods Bulk Milk Chocolate Chips
- Put the Hides Fine Foods Milk Chocolate Chips into a heatproof bowl. Place the butter and double cream in a heatproof bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and then 10 second intervals until fully warmed. Pour the butter and cream mixture over the chocolate chips and melt over a pan of simmering water.
- Once melted and well mixed, put uncovered into the fridge for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scrape 2 tsp of mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Choose your toppings and place them onto greaseproof paper. Roll the balls into your toppings and place into an airtight container and eat within two weeks. Enjoy!
