Cancellation of Goods

Hides fine Foods operates a returns policy for order cancellation, if you are not completely satisfied with the items ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, call us on  0191 5006444 or email: sales@hidesfinefoods.com we will confirm the returns delivery address and provide a returns number ,

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including any stationary associated with the return

Customer’s are advised that refunds will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, or statement)is provided within 30 days

You will then receive a refund within 28 days of receipt of the goods in good condition; this will be made by the original payment method used. Perishable items and items which have been unsealed or unwrapped are not covered under the order cancellation policy.

Claims

Lost in Transit or damaged claims, should goods be damaged in transit on receipt you must notify us immediately and sign for the goods as either damaged or unexamined, this needs to be confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection , Hides Fine Foods will arrange to collect  the  damaged goods at our expense. You will receive a refund to the value of any unopened goods together with any delivery cost.

Substitutions and availability

Hampers

Hides Fine Foods will endeavor to supply food specified by you, in the event of non-availability or short supply Hides Fine Foods reserves the right to substitute goods of equal value and quality. You are within your rights to decline any such substituted items. In that event you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will arrange collection from your premises. You will receive a refund of the value of any such goods returned to us unopened within 30 days of our receipt of the goods returned.
