If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If goods are damaged on receipt or lost in transit, you must notify us immediately and sign for the goods as either damaged or unexamined. This needs to be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection. Hides Fine Foods will arrange to collect the damaged goods at our expense. You will receive a refund to the value of any unopened goods together with any delivery cost.
Hides Fine Foods operates a returns policy for order cancellation. If you are not completely satisfied with the items ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Call us on 0191 5006444 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the returns delivery address and provide a returns number.
