What’s new with us?

We’ve always got a lot going on at Hides Fine Foods, but we’ve even managed to up our game for 2022. We are constantly looking for new ways to improve and champion our love for good quality food, so here are our February 2022 new arrivals:

Hides Fine Foods’ Seed Mix

We are really excited by this seed mix. It is incredibly versatile: it can be used in baking, in breakfasts, and even to sprinkle on top of salads. We think it would work especially well baked in a flapjack or mixed into porridge! Containing pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, and poppy seeds, you are getting great levels of fibre and good fats from this diverse mix.

Hides Fine Foods’ Redskin Peanuts

We already have a great variety of peanuts on our website, but we want to keep on giving. We think these peanuts would work wonderfully roasted, a riff on our Roasted Fruit and Nuts Recipe. The beautiful skin on these peanuts will impart a great flavour, so we like the idea of simply snacking on them, or perhaps incorporating them as a stand out in a trail mix or granola.

Hides Fine Foods’ Paleskin Peanuts

You thought we’d covered all the possible peanuts? You were wrong! There is certainly room in our armoury for the paleskin peanut. Of course, you can all peanuts in a similar way, with it ultimately being up to personal preference, yet we think paleskin peanuts will really come into their own in a blend like our Nut Butter Recipe.

Here at Hides Fine Foods, the customer is the priority when developing and selecting our products. We listened, that you wanted a dried fruit mix without peel…and here we are! Containing Orange River Sultanas, Sultanas, Sunflower Oil Raisins, Raisins, and Vostizza Currants, this mix absolutely packs a punch. Perfect for snacking, baking, and always GMO free, we cannot wait for you to try it.
