Perfect in every wayThese are perfect for putting into cakes with the cake mixture, chopped dates and roasted nuts as it fills people up as well as being healthy. I especially like the way they are chopped small, after soaking in hot water for 20 mins they are perfect to add to the mixture. Perfect to add to muesli too.
