Chinese Five Spice:

  • A Chinese spice blend incorporating Coriander, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Cloves and more. It adds an aromatic flavour unique to Chinese dishes.

Garam Masala:

  • A common spice mix in Indian cooking, often added towards the end of cooking. It includes warming spices like Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, Chilli, and more.

Thai Five Spice:

Thai Seven Spice:
