Hides Fine Foods’ Simple Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
- 20g Hides Fine Foods Bulk Cocoa Powder
- 150g Hides Fine Foods Bulk Golden Caster Sugar
- 150 ml Double Cream
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Method:
- Pour the double cream into a saucepan and add your vanilla extract, and put on low heat. Add in your Hides Fine Foods Golden Caster Sugar, and sift in the Hides Fine Foods Cocoa Powder.
- Whisk until all mixed together and then turn the heat up to a medium. Whisk regularly for 5 minutes and then take off the heat. You can serve straight away or leave to cool. Refrigerate and use when needed, it can be stored for as long as dictated on your double cream.
