Hides Fine Foods’ Quinoa Porridge
- 180g Hides Fine Foods quinoa (white)
- 470ml milk, or an alternative
- 1 pinch of salt
- Wash the quinoa. Place in a saucepan, and add the salt and milk.
- Bring to a simmer, and then turn the hob down to low. Simmer, covered with a lid, for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take off the heat and leave to sit for another 5 minutes.
